«Soggiorno piacevole, ma l'imponente struttura manca di professionalità in molti ambiti.»
Sono intollerante al lattosio e ai lieviti ed ho diverse allergie, pur avvisato fine agosto nella prenotazione da booking, cioe' un mese prima del soggiorno, la prima colazione non è stata soddisfacente MA è stata sottratta dal conto. NEL MOMENTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE DA BOOKING LA COLAZIONE ERA COMPRESA, POI RISULTAVA NON COMPRESA. DILEMMA DA RISOLVERE perché 14 EURO NON SONO POCHI!!Giorno successivo meglio....probabilmente perché erano arrivati altri clienti con i miei stessi problemi..La struttura è imponente e molto lussuosa. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade al nostro arrivo. Lo staff giovane all'accoglienza molto gentile. Buona la cucina, anche se il menù ridotto rispetto all'offerta.
La struttura è vicino all'autostrada un pochino dispersa nel nulla, necessita l'auto per spostarsi. Tovaglia della prima sera a cena macchiata e mancavano pietanze dal menù, bicchiere del pranzo successivo sporco di rossetto, peli bianchi EVIDENTISSIMI sul tovagliolo scuro. In camera una mosca morta nel bagno e qualche animaletto di troppo nella stanza ampia e luminosa, asciugamani e accappatoi LISI troppo vecchi, vanno cambiati in un posto del genere inaccettabile. Nella Spa termale viene spiegato il percorso dallo staff in cui si raccomanda di bere e NON C'ERANO tisane per tutti il primo giorno, il secondo per nulla. Anche se il primo ottobre c'è STATA la chiusura...IL CLIENTE VA SODDISFATTO COME IN PIENA STAGIONE.

«Manterremo un bel ricordo»
Colazione Ottima ed abbondante. I dolci speciali. Avrei offerto alla clientela del formaggio e dei salumi locali e del pane piu particolare ma questo e’ il mio gusto. Anche l unica cena in hotel e’ stata di buon livello. Nonostante la presenza di un folto gruppo di americani in sala il servizio non ne ha risentito. La struttura e’ molto grande e spesso il districarsi tra i vari piani e le sezioni puo’ risultare difficoltoso. Tutto lo staff di una cortesia e gentilezza da encomio. Un grazie particolare all assistente dei bagnanti nella zona termale la cui assistenza e’ stata davvero preziosa. Avevo una prenotazione da tempo per una camera standard. In seguito ad un recente problema di mobilità ho chiesto se fosse stata possibile l’assegnazione di una stanza dotata di un bagno con ausili e mi e’ stato offerto un upgrade molto comodo e spazioso senza costi aggiuntivi. Ci sono due piscine esterne, di cui una di acqua termale, piu quattro interne, di cui una termale, due calde ricche di idromassaggi, una grande di acqua fredda per nuotare, piu’ un percorso kneipp. Offerta molto ricca tuttavia l accesso ad alcune vasche potrebbe essere migliorato per chi ha qualche difficolta’ di deambulazione con qualche passamano in piu e qualche gradino in meno. Nonostante il comodo checkout alle undici, alla clientela tutta e’ permesso l utilizzo delle terme sino alle quattordici senza addizionali. Bravi

La struttura è sempre molto bella , le vasche termali hanno l’acqua meno calda e forse necessitano di qualche lavoro
Poco personale , si ha l’impressione di una struttura che debba chiudere per qualche problema a noi dispiacerebbe molto perché è un posto dove trascorriamo volentieri qualche gg ad inizio stagione e prima della chiusure
